Selected vineyards, where after years of collaboration, we have full control of the vineyard according to variety, age and its location. The result of this collaboration is harvesting on the right ripening date of the grapes.
Extraction of each grape variety, which contributes in its own way to the character of the wine, to modern stainless steel winemaking equipment. The extraction is followed by pneumatic pressing of the grape pulp, mixing of the glazes and completion of the fermentation at low temperatures.
