Selected vineyards, where after years of collaboration, we have full control of the vineyard according to variety, age and its location. The result of this collaboration is harvesting on the right ripening date of the grapes.
Grape extraction in modern stainless steel winemaking equipment. Daily tasting determines its duration and techniques. The extraction is followed by the pneumatic pressure of the grape pulp and the completion of the fermentation at low temperatures to maintain the aromas and freshness.
