Our Vinegar making factory

The Group has developed one of the largest vinegar production facilities in Greece, but also in the wider Balkan region. The products are mainly produced from the processing of fresh Greek fruits (such as grapes, apples, pomegranates, plums, oranges, etc.), wines, dried fruits (such as raisins, figs, plums, etc.) and alcohol of agricultural origin.

It has a long tradition in the production of balsamic vinegar. We have recently developed new, innovative products such as vinegar from orange. At the same time, we are active in the production and bottling of lemon juice condiments, such as lemon sauce and lemon dressing.

• The state-of-the-art technological equipment includes: continuous operation vinegar making couples with a production capacity of 60,000 lt per day, pneumatic presses, pasteurizers, automatic tangential microfiltering
