Moschofilero from the vineyards of Mantineia, northeast of Tripoli at an altitude of more than 650m. The climate is cold in winter, with a lot of rain in summer and low temperatures. These unique traits of the ecosystem contribute to the slow ripening of the grape and the production of wines with complex, intense and characteristic aromas with pleasant acidity. Muscat de Hambourg from selected vineyards of central Greece and specifically of Tyrnavos produce wines with explosive and intense aromas.
Pre-fermentation extraction for 48 hours at 16˚C of each variety separately, transfer to stainless steel cooled tanks at 16-17 oC and vaccination with selected doughs suitable for each variety. Mixing of fermented wines.
