Natural 100% dry raisin extract concentrate, in a vacuum, at a maximum temperature of 45oC. Color golden to dark brown. Thick liquid with a sweet taste and raisin aroma.

Food pairing

It is used as it is in cooking, confectionery and pastry or….even in your bread! A slice of bread smeared with raisins in the form of a cream, the legendary “threptin”, was a well-established element of the Mediterranean diet. It goes well with fresh, soft goat cheese, yogurt, ice cream and many culinary creations: 1 part raisin and 5 parts ice water are enough to have a very refreshing soft drink!
