DESCRIPTION Balsamic Protected Geographical Indication Modena in accordance with Italian law. It is produced by acetic fermentation of 100% wine and the addition of concentrated grape must and aging for at least one year in barrels.

Food pairing

Ideal for salads, boiled or grilled vegetables, meat marinade and is even used in confectionery.
